    DHL international express price

    The calculation formula of DHL volume weight is: length cm x width cm x height cm / 5000. If the volume weight of goods is greater than the actual weight, it will be charged according to the volume weight, whichever is greater.

    DHL international express surcharge

    Remote surcharges: express delivery to remote areas shall be subject to remote area surcharges (except the United States). The standard is hkd3 6 / kg, the minimum charge for each ticket is HK $180, and the remote surcharge needs to be added with fuel surcharge;

    Textile fee: according to the latest regulations of the Hong Kong Trade Department in 2011, only the import license is required for sending to the United States, and the fee is one ticket plus 50 yuan (Nigeria does not accept Textiles)

    The calculation method of extra long and Overweight Surcharge is as follows:

    For the same cargo (one DHL waybill), no matter how many pieces there are, as long as the length of one or more pieces on one side exceeds 120cm or the actual weight exceeds 70kg, hkdhl will charge a surcharge of HKD200 / ticket (just as there are three pieces of cargo in one ticket, the actual weight is 50kg, 80kg and 200kg respectively, and the dimensions are 10 * 50 * 130cm, 50 * 100 * 125cm and 100 * 150 * 150cm respectively, DHL will only charge one HKD200);

    Reference prescription

    The package shall be calculated from the time it is delivered to DHL warehouse, and the reference normal delivery time limit is 2-7 working days (at this time, it is valid from the time when the express goes online to the time when the recipient receives the express), except under special circumstances! The time limit of delivery is closely related to the customs clearance time and flight arrangement at the destination.

    Compensation standard

Due to the loss of express due to customs random inspection, when the express passes through the customs, the customs opens the parcel for inspection, which may lead to the loss of the parcel, the loss of the items in the parcel (in whole or in part), or seizure by the customs.     The actual product name and quantity shall be filled in when declaring the product name. Gifts or sample declarations are not accepted.

    Declared value

    DHL has no requirements on the declared value. The customer can decide the amount to fill in. It is recommended to declare according to the actual declared value of the goods to avoid high tariffs and fines.

    Recipient address

    DHL does not accept PO Box email address. The recipient's telephone number must be provided. The above information should be filled in English and other languages are not acceptable

    Special precautions:

    For the goods sent to Nigeria, the weight of a single piece shall not exceed 50kg, and the weight of a single ticket shall not exceed 50kg. It is recommended to split them into multiple tickets, and the weight of each ticket shall not exceed 50kg;

    For express mail to Angola, the weight of a single piece shall not exceed 50kg, and the weight of a single ticket shall not exceed 250kg;

    The weight of a single piece sent to Tunisia shall not exceed 30kg, and the weight of a single ticket shall not exceed 40kg;

    Express mail to Algeria, single piece can not exceed 40kg;

    If it is sent to Ecuador, Lebanon, Turkey, Bulgaria and Russia, the original invoice must be sealed for customs clearance.
